Dispatch

All stocked items will be shipped within 24-48 hours from the time of order placement. Some specialty or pre-order items may require additional processing time, and customers will be notified accordingly. Please note that orders are primarily shipped on weekdays.

How long for shipment?

📦 Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time

  • Processing Time: 1-7 Working Days
    Note: Processing time may be extended if additional customization is required for top-selling products or if manufacturing delays occur. In such cases, customers will be notified, and a partial shipping refund may be offered.

  • Shipping Time:
    Note: Shipping times may be affected by public holidays, destination countries (especially locations outside the USA and Canada), weather conditions, or courier delays. Some shipments may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience!

🚨 Due to recent trade policies, an additional 10% tariff has been imposed on our products, significantly increasing our costs. Shipping Times and Tracking

All orders are shipped via Postal Service or DHL. Customers can track their packages through the provided tracking number. Once your order is dispatched, an email with tracking details will be sent.

Customs & Delivery Acceptance

Customers are responsible for ensuring acceptance of their items. Re-delivery of parcels must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address. We are unable to refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address.

Return to Sender

If a parcel is automatically returned to us by the postal service, we will contact the customer for re-delivery arrangements. However, we cannot offer a refund for return-to-sender parcels.

Order Does Not Arrive

Customers are encouraged to use tracking tools to monitor their shipments. Orseo.store is not responsible for delivery failures by Postal Service or DHL. If a parcel is lost after being marked as delivered, we are unable to offer compensation.

Customer Pick-Up

As an online store, we do not offer in-person pickups or order previews. However, if you urgently need your order, please email us, and we will try to arrange a pickup time.
